Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT - Community choir sessions can be booked in advance online as a term booking at £10 per session; or - Pay As You Go at £12 per session, payable in advance online or in person at the session. - Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. FREE TASTER SESSION - We offer a free taster session for new singers. - To book your taster, please email us to request a discount code before booking. CANCELLATIONS - If we need to cancel a class, session, or event for any reason, you’ll be offered a rescheduled date, or a refund for the cancelled session. - If you’re unable to attend a session you’ve booked, we don’t offer refunds. In exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we’ll review things on a case-by-case basis. GENERAL - Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in advance. - Hubbub Voices reserves the right to update this policy where necessary, with any changes clearly communicated.
