1. ABOUT US

Hubbub Vocals offers choir sessions, workshops, singing lessons and related content. We aim to create a friendly, inclusive and supportive environment both online and in person.

2. USING THIS WEBSITE

You’re welcome to browse our site, but please don’t:

copy or redistribute our content without permission
use the site in a way that could harm or disrupt it
attempt to access any private areas of the site

All content (text, images, branding, arrangements, resources) belongs to Hubbub Vocals unless stated otherwise.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
If we need to cancel a class, session, or event, you’ll be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
If you can’t attend a session you’ve booked, refunds aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll always try to help where we can.

4. CONDUCT & WELLBEING

We’re committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a class, choir, or event if their behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the group.

5. ACCESSIBILITY

We want our content and sessions to be accessible and welcoming. If you have access needs, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to accommodate. See also our Accessibility Statement.

6. PERSONAL DATA

We only use your information to run our services and communicate with you. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. LIABILITY

We provide our sessions and content with care, but participation is at your own risk. Please look after yourself and let us know if you have any health, access, or wellbeing needs.

We’re not responsible for:

technical issues outside our control
losses caused by using our website improperly
damage to or loss of personal property
injuries or issues arising from activities you choose to take part in without appropriate care.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK law.
